Mona Lisa Small Milk Chocolate Flakes are tasty, miniature crispy sprinkles made from 100% chocolate in all different shapes and sizes. Their deep gloss is naturally obtained through patient panning in copper bowls. These flakes are a great way to add an artisan character and a nice bite to our truffles, pralines, ice cream, desserts, pastries, and much more.
