Ingredients for One Cup:
- 30g (2 tablespoons) Pralus Hot Chocolate Mix
- 15g (1 tablespoon) Turbinado Sugar
- A smidgen of Himalayan Salt
- 236ml (~1 cup) milk or plant-based milk
Instructions:
- Place the chocolate mix, sugar, and salt into a cup.
- Add 60ml (1/4 cup) of milk and whisk until smooth.
- Heat the remaining milk in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Once the milk begins to boil, remove from heat and pour into the cup.
