This bar is a collaboration with JACU coffee roasters based in Ålesund. Jacu Coffee Roastery was established in 2011. Like the jacu bird, they pick and roast only the best beans. They look for great plantations, optimal processing, and the roasting profiles which will make the most out of each bean.

Fjak blended Monte Verde Amazonas coffee from Peru with their 70% dark Haiti chocolate to make a bar that tastes like an intense espresso.

This exclusive limited edition bar is made from the Mid Mountain Blend of cacao, juniper berries, locally grown lavender by Lavender Hill in Eden UT, and Alpine's award winning gin. To create the perfect fusion of these high quality ingredients they were aged all together. The process took place in an Alpine gin barrel over the course of six months to ensure they were able to bring out every bit of the delicate botanical notes locked within. The result is a sophisticated flavor profile with the depth and complexity gin is known for.

Inspired by the mountains and growers of high-country Utah, this bar is a blend of lavender grown by Lavender Hill Farms in Eden, Utah and dried juniper berries. Both ingredients are finely ground into Mid Mountain Blend chocolate giving a floral, aromatic finish that lingers on the tongue and conjures up the scent of a high mountain meadow. 60g / 2.12 oz per bar.
