Chocosphere does carry a lot of wonderful chocolate. However, some of the products we carry are not ideal for the course, or there is a possibility that we will be out of stock due to logistics or other issues that manufacturers are experiencing. If you can find products locally that will satisfy your course requirements, that may be the best. Please note that it is acceptable to use a product for more than one flight.

- Flight 2 — Discerning Sweetness levels from two manufacturers
- Choose two of the manufacturers below. Select 3-4 dark bars from each of your chosen manufacturers in the widest range you can get from 60% to 90%+ cacao content.
- Flight 3 — Understanding Flavor and Aroma Characteristics of Different Growing Regions
- Select 3 plain dark chocolate bars of different brands in the 60% - 80% cacao range from each of the regions below:
- Flight 5 — Discerning flavors and aroma in Chocolate Liquor (unsweetened chocolate)
- Select 4 bars of 100% cacao content from different manufacturers and 2 bars of 90% to 95% cacao content from different manufacturers:
