Fueled by a passion for the world's finest cocoa, Domori embarked on a mission to preserve the diversity of this precious resource while respecting nature and humanity. Their approach involves careful cocoa selection, small-batch roasting, minimal processing, and some handcrafted operations, resulting in uniquely genuine chocolate. Notably, Domori is recognized for its groundbreaking work, such as being the first to use Criollo cacao, controlling the supply chain from South and Central American plantations, and creating a Chocolate Tasting Code for exploring cocoa nuances.
