“Cacao Arriba” or “Fine Aroma” is known worldwide by its floral and fruity fragrances which depend on the area or province of harvest, and due to variations in climate and soil have diverse characteristics.

República del Cacao° Manabi Map The Ecuadoran province of Manabí's wonderful lands have special conditions for tropical weather products such as coffee, bananas, corn, rice, cotton, and of course, cacao. Flavor in this chocolate develops slowly, with an initial aroma at the first bite. Full flavors of fruity aromas are released and as the chocolate melts down, acid and sweet notes round the chocolate. It is followed by a lengthy finish, reminiscent of a late harvest wine.
