Choose either a bag that we package at Chocosphere (each square in a factory wrapper, of course), or a Domori original 2 Kg/4.4lb bulk box for the best value! 	Characteristics of Domori Cru type:
Apurimac	A recent hybrid of Trinitario cocoa from Peru. It has notes of flowers, caramel and cream. It is very mild with a nice sourness.
Carenero Superior	The cocoa in this chocolate is a hybrid of Trinitario and indigenous Criollo, originating in Barlvento, Miranda estate, Venezuela. It has an intense flavor with notes of cinnamon, wood, soft fruit and raisins, along with the aftertaste of golden tobacco. Acidic and soft at the same time, well balanced.
Arriba	Arriba is a Nacional-type cacao from Ecuador, grown in the Salinas de Guaranda area. It is fresh and mild, with notes of hazelnut, banana and citrus.
